About
Bonnie Bernell
For
more than thirty years, Bonnie L. Bernell has been a
licensed psychologist and is currently in private
practice in Los Altos,
California.
She
sees women, men, and couples, individually and in groups,
and offers workshops on: Bountiful Women; SoulCollage; Fun/Play/Joy
for Women!; and Getting the Love You Want [based on
the book by Harville Hendrix, Ph.D.]; Hot Monogamy
[based on the book by Pat Love, Ed.D.]; and Voice
Dialogue [based on the books by Hal Stone, Ph.D., and
Sidra Stone, Ph.D.].
She has
a doctorate and a master's degree in counseling from
Lehigh University, Bethlehem, Pennsylvania, a bachelor's
degree in psychology from the University of Wisconsin,
Madison, and is an adjunct professor of counseling
psychology in the graduate programs at Santa Clara
University and the Institute of Transpersonal Psychology.
She is a member of the American Psychological
Association, California Psychological Association, and
Santa Clara County Psychological Association.
While
she has written for her professional community, this is
her first book for bountiful women. She is an artist
working in paper. She currently lives in Redwood City,
California, with her husband.
